The pace of life has increased, and the pressure to “hold it all together” has never been greater. The result? A gradual loss of energy, joy and clarity — often so subtle you only notice it when you realise how disconnected you’ve become from yourself. And all of this happening against the backdrop of a world in crisis, where more and more people are feeling lost, overwhelmed or struggling to find their footing.

Here you’ll map out what supports you and what drains you, so you can rebuild your foundations with care. You’ll create practical routines and boundaries that protect your time and energy, and design rhythms that help you feel grounded in your day-to-day life. This chapter ensures you can rise without
burning out.
Luminary Life Assignment
This is where you’ll reconnect with your deeper purpose and sense of calling. You’ll craft your personal manifesto, explore the work that lights you up, and articulate who you are here to serve. These exercises help you rediscover the enthusiasm and clarity that you've been missing.
In this chapter, you’ll learn how to take aligned action in a way that feels sustainable. You’ll make commitments that honour your energy, not deplete it, and create simple structures to help you stay on track. You’ll begin dissolving old habits of self-pressure and perfectionism, replacing them with grounded, compassionate consistency.
This final chapter helps you release the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you. You’ll deepen your relationship with intuition, creativity and inner guidance, and define what freedom looks like for you going forward. This is where the work you’ve done becomes part of your everyday life.
Alongside the programme, you’ll receive three private PSYCH-K® sessions to use whenever you need them. These sessions will help you transform subconscious beliefs and release the patterns that keep you stuck in exhaustion or self-doubt. Each chapter is accessed inside your private
learning space, guiding you step by step through
what is intended to be, on average, a 16-week journey.
You can move at your own pace, revisit sections as
needed, and fit it around your existing commitments.
The structure is there to support you — not
to pressure you. Everything is clearly laid out,
so you always know where you are and
what comes next.
The programme includes audio chapters,
as well as guided visualisations, you can listen to
whenever it suits you — at home, on a walk,
or between sessions.
Some insights land more deeply when you hear
them rather than read them. The audio format
allows you the flexibility to absorb the material
in a way that feels most natural for you. You can

Hey there, I'm Sharon,
— a transformational mentor, Certified PSYCH-K® Instructor, and someone who has walked a version of the path you're on now.
I’ve been supporting people through change for more than 20 years, and PSYCH-K® has been at the centre of my work for the last seventeen. But before I understood how to work with my subconscious patterns in a meaningful way, there were times when things felt difficult. I often found myself running on empty — giving so much to others while quietly neglecting my own needs.
I was doing meaningful work, yet undercharging, over-giving and constantly wondering why it still didn’t feel like enough. The overwhelm crept in slowly, and at times, so did self-doubt. Running your own business has a habit of revealing all those old patterns and layers of conditioning that no longer serve you.
Eventually, I realised the truth: I didn’t need more qualifications or more strategies. I needed a different way of being.
When PSYCH-K® came into my life, things began to shift. I started looking inward. I worked through the stories and beliefs that had shaped me for years, and slowly rebuilt a way of living and working that felt aligned, grounded and sustainable. It wasn’t instant; it was an evolution that changed everything for me.
And now, I support others to make the same kind of deep, sustainable and meaningful changes in their lives.

My suggestion is to allow around 1–2 hours per week, though some weeks may feel lighter than others. The programme is intentionally designed to support your life, not compete with it. You can move at your own pace, pause when needed, and revisit chapters whenever you wish.
No. The journey is structured over 16 weeks, but you can begin when it feels right for you. Everything is self-guided inside your private portal, so you can start gently and find your flow, one that suits your life and energy.
You’ll have three private 90 minute sessions with me, and you can use them at the points in your journey where they feel most supportive. For example, you might choose to have a session at the beginning, middle and end, or you may prefer to use them when you reach a moment of challenge or when you have an insight you’d like support in integrating. You have full flexibility in how and when you use them. The intention is that all three sessions are used within six months of signing up to the programme. No. This programme is designed for practitioners and facilitators of all modalities. It’s important to note that you won’t be learning to facilitate PSYCH-K® with yourself or others. The 1:1 sessions are there to support your own personal transformation at a subconscious level, helping you create meaningful, sustainable change in a simple, effective way.
Yes. Many practitioners have explored a great deal of personal development but still find themselves repeating old patterns, feeling depleted or unsure of their direction. This programme is designed to deepen your awareness, strengthen your alignment and help you integrate changes that are often difficult to sustain through mindset work alone. It complements and enhances any inner work you’ve already done.
If you ever feel unsure, stuck or in need of clarity, you can reach out and I’ll be there to support you. The intention is that you feel guided throughout the experience, not left to figure things out on your own.
Life by Design is structured as a 16-week journey to gently guide you through the chapters at a sustainable pace. You’ll also have ongoing access to the programme materials, so you can revisit the chapters, reflections and practices whenever it feels supportive. This isn’t a journey to rush through, but one you can return to as your life and work evolve.
